Re: Dial plan modification authorization

OK, I also am unable to delete some of my sip providers...
It's like I don't have admin privileges in own account.

Dial plan modification authorization

I've been trying to change some things on my dial plans and I've been getting an error : " not authorised to update the Sip dial plan".

Is that a bug or have something changed lately that I'm not aware of?

My account (registrar.azzu.com.br) is registered but if you dial to my DID #, it goes straight to voicemail and no information about the incoming calls are shown at the Monitoring tab.. If i set up my ata to register with azzu, it works fi...

i'm having a similar problem with voxalot.
When a call comes in thru my did, it forwards the call to my voxalot. When I pick up the call, I can't hear anything, but ppl can hear me...

If i use my ata to log in to my did provider, nothing happens. I mean, I get a 2-way audio

Hi brandaogu, Aaron gave a good explanation on how the caller ID will work with SIP to PSTN. If you need the caller ID to work with SIP to SIP, you only need to pass the information in the From header. sys.Dial(",,your_account@voxalot.com,${fromname}<sip:${fromuriuser}@sip.mysipswitch.com>") or sys...
