Long running dialplan script was terminated

What's happening right now (Oct 31st, ~4 AM UTC)? Is Ruby engine down? I could not dial out - all calls are failing with the following message in the monitoring window: 04:10:43:769: Outgoing call to sip:XXXXX@sip.mysipswitch.com for MyMSSName@sip.mysipswitch.com. 04:10:43:941: Outgoing call to sip:...

Guys, How did you manage to activate your freephoneline.ca account? I need a Canadian number for low volume incoming calls, and the free account at freephoneline seems like a good option, even if I won't be able to use it with MSS... But I have tried to register several times, and no matter what pho...

my SIP phone will look up for the number in its phone book and replace it with caller's name, bingo! A-ah, I see your point! Well, since neither my phone, nor ATA can lookup a name from a phone book (even though the phone has the phone book), I use a local CNAM table in my dial plan. So for numbers...

For example, to reduce dead air time, I might want to use consecutive dial commands, and move on to the next provider if they haven't acknowledged the request within 10-15 seconds. But if it starts ringing, I'd like to wait normally. Here's my table-controlled approach to failover dialing that does...

Why would you want to do that? This seems to do the opposite of what would be useful. It replaces an actual callerid name with the phone number, unless the name is empty or all digits, in which case it leaves it alone.. I believe Mike did it to overcome a problem with caller id names containing com...

Great! Aaron, will it work for any custom header, and for both - incoming and outgoing calls? Will it override the header if it already exists in the request, or only be able to add a new one?

Hi shkaff, Seems like you have an experience with Java script, and are willing to help with MSS web site :). There's another issue - not really relevant to the one discussed in this topic, but probably Java-script related: Dial Plan Edit box is empty in IE . Maybe you can help to shed a light on, an...

Hi Aaron,

I too see duplicated "Outgoing call to..." log messages on every call. It doesn't seem to cause any other issues though... Just PM'd you a SIP trace so you can take a look.

Thanks!

Thank you Aaron! All seems to be back to normal :).

Have you been able to also check what causes duplicated "Outgoing call to..." log messages - just to make sure it's not an indication of a bigger issue?..

Well, it's worse than I thought :( ... Apparently it now happens not only when I call myself - but also when the call comes from outside as well: 16:34:31:024: Incoming call on extension for XXXXX to sip:206XXXXXXX@sip.mysipswitch.com from XXXXXXXXXX@66.54.140.46. 16:34:31:025: Using dial plan for i...
