Try gv911.com so that you avoid problems like those when you switch ITSPs. Works for me at $12 per year.

SipGate has been having issues lately, at least for me. They may be reducing service, based on their website.

Get a new/different IPKall #. Others have had that problem in the past and a different # (exchange) was the solution..

Looking at other dial plans, it should be :
@t = Time.now + ((Tz+8)*60*60) # Get current time and adjust to local (GMT+3). SS Server is in GMT-8 (Using Complex Dial Plan)
