USA DIDs available - $3/month.
Hi. I don't mean to spam... It's been a while since I was active in this community. I mentioned it to a friend and thought I'd drop by... I've gotten some pretty good deals I'd like to offer them to the community. If you need a USA48 2-channel DID I can set it up for you for $3/month. Porting is ava...

Re: Which PBX do you recommend: MSS, 3CX, Axon, PiaF, Elasti
I want to suggest you to do some research on the subject because in these type of pbx system mainly broken links or random connectivity always occur but if you have a good company who can solve it on the spot than it’s worth to spend your money. May I suggest you this pbx systems company which I am...

Re: Gizmo5 closing doors
voxox looks cool, will have to see the limits on what's free. At the very least, you can supposedly get free incoming faxes. I'm trying to sign up, but it wants to send me an SMS to get a free number. My google voice account didn't work... Hmm, you can use an international number, but I don't have S...

Re: Gizmo5 closing doors
It is difficult to get an IPKall number that is not locked by other GV user. That's not a problem, you just need to click something like "reclaim this number" and then get a call and enter 4 digits. The real issue is some ipkall numbers have CID issues, and it's silly to need to bounce from PSTN to...

Re: Integration with Skype?
I doubt that's still working.
And it seems gizmo5 is shutting down. I got what looked like a termination email from them stating that.. "we will no longer be providing service starting on April 3, 2011."

Re: Anybody used Whistle Phone as a sipsorcery provider?
It's probably best to just access the /usr/local/freeswitch/conf/ folder from the shell or however else you'd get to the files rather than trying to enter all of that into fusionpbx.
Although, it's probably not that hard to add each as a gateway. Most of that is probably just "default" stuff.

Re: Anybody used Whistle Phone as a sipsorcery provider?
freeswitch is an application, like sipsorcery or asterisk. Freeswitch is a C binary, so it can be installed on any OS - I think there's a windows install, that even has fusionpbx, but I think it's quite old. If you join #freeswitch or #fusionpbx on freenode, they can help you. For windows, you can b...

Re: Anybody used Whistle Phone as a sipsorcery provider?
Indeed, freeswitch is great.
I've been hacking fusionpbx to add what more I've wanted to a gui, but there's a ubuntu ISO (or quick install script) at http://wiki.fusionpbx.com/index.php?tit ... _10.04#ISO

Or in FreeSWITCH:stav wrote:Same problem here,
One or more servers loose registration at a certain point. Did someone find a workaround? Maybe in Asterisk?

Wow, old post. Thanks, I'm pretty sure FreeSWITCH has something too. I haven't looked into it recently...
