Re: sys.GoogleVoiceCall doesn't work on accounts with 2FA enabled
I should potentially add a bit more data about all of this. From what I've read elsewhere, it looks like sys.GoogleVoiceCall is emulating a user, logging into the GV homepage, and placing a call with the callback set to whatever phone number the function call specified. This fails when 2FA is enable...

sys.GoogleVoiceCall doesn't work on accounts with 2FA enabled
So, some security issues recently affected my Google account and I, as a result, now have to enable TOTP two-factor authentication. After doing this, I noticed that my SIPSorcery account (which uses sys.GoogleVoiceCall at the core of its dial plan) has stopped working. My assumption is that it's cha...

Re: Anyone on Verizon 3g and able to get voip to work?
I know this sounds like a stupid idea, but have you tried calling Verizon support and asking them if they block VoIP ports? If you need to, make up something like you need SIP access for your job (or something else that sounds convincing, because cell providers sometimes disconnect and/or fine those...

Re: How to shorten expirey of SIP accounts
<assumptions> You're using an Android-powered phone, which means you're probably using Sipdroid or Fring. </assumptions> Yes. You should be able to set this in your SIP app settings somewhere. IIRC, the registry time is sent to SS during the inital connection to the server. Therefore, it's something...

Re: Pasword Recovery?
Assuming you're using a password manager built into a web browser / OS, it wouldn't. Most [if not all] Password Managers don't see password fields inside Flash/Java/Silverlight apps.

Callwithus probably knows about SIP Sorcery's Google Voice integration, and they don't want people using SIP sorcery and a DID provider to replace their paid service with a free one.

Re: No Audio over 3G
What carrier are you using? I thought I heard somewhere that one of the US carriers had blocked the RTP audio ports in their 3G data service. If this is the case, try connecting to SS through Wifi, and see if you can hear audio then. If it goes through, then something's wrong with your data service....

Re: US Data only plan for Smartphones? (Preferrably for Andr
Well, I googled "use iPad sim card in android phone", but I can't remember the exact details. I do remember, however, that it requires you get a SIM chip replacement from the AT&T Store (online), browse to an AT&T internal page while faking the user agent string of the iPad's web browser. Then, you ...

Re: invitation
No. SIP Sorcery now costs money to set up an account, look for accounts being auctioned off on eBay under the username "sipsorcery".
