Re: Suspended Without Warning....
Aaron I was wanting to get into the Silverlight Portal to check the console as I was having some issues with the calls on my end but it won't let me because my account is "Past Due" according to your records. In this particular case, I was hoping to be able to debug the problem but since I was redir...

Suspended Without Warning....
I just noticed that my account was suspended on the 9th for being past due. I did not know my account was coming up for renewal - 1) I did not get any warning via Email - Not in my SPAM box (I checked) 2) I cannot change my account to Free anymore. Did you stop allowing Free accounts? I only need on...

Re: Account and Hold Music Questions
Thanks Aaron!
I must have missed that. Bookmarked for future use.
Interesting on the hold music - I tied my GV to IPKall so must have been their music.

Noticed that there doesn't seem to be a way to see when my Premium account expires. Is there something I'm missing there or an account management section? Also - just curious as I have never called myself before :) But I did a test call and put my phone on hold and got some hold music. What is the n...

Re: No incoming calls Ipkall
Okay - Fixed -
I had to Factory reset my SPA1. I don't know why it had that problem, but it is working now. Just to figure out now why the Calls are still showing our IPKall number instead, but that is a different post.

Re: No incoming calls Ipkall
I logged into my GV account and used the call command to send a call to my ipkall number manually. This is the result I got: DialPlan 01:03:03:856 sip1(11500): No dialplan specified for incoming call to keith@sipsorcery.com, registered bindings will be used. DialPlan 01:03:03:856 sip1(11500): Forwar...
