Re: Callcentric not passing dialtones along?
Thanks Aaron. After a while, resetting all my network devices seems to have solved it. Something havin to do with NAT must have been cached somewhere. If it comes up again, I'll try the "ma" option.

Callcentric not passing dialtones along?
Hi Folks, Just switched over to Callcentric from Sipgate and have been having some audio issues. Sometimes the receiver of my call can't hear me. Very often, when I try to navigate menus with dialtones, the dialtones aren't registering and the menu just keeps repeating over and over again. I never h...

Re: SIPGATE going out of biz ...
Thanks Aaron. Any ideas about quality differences between callcentric vs switch2voip? Just signed up for callcentric - seems like their free numbers are only good for a couple weeks at a time? Switched to ipkall in the meantime. Doesn't seem horrible, but don't like the 30-day timeout, and all my ca...

Re: SIPGATE going out of biz ...
Hi all,
Same question here more or less. Was using sipgate for incoming from GV and otherwise, and now need an alternative. Any suggestions welcome!

Re: new PAP2, no dialtone
strange - seems to be working all of a sudden. perhaps just connecting the other line fixed it. sounds very faulty to me - i suspect there's something funky in the hardware, but seems to work now. thanks.

Re: new PAP2, no dialtone
Hi Aaron,
Thanks for the idea. Tried line 2, has the same problem. Perhaps a faulty unit, eh?

new PAP2, no dialtone
Hi Folks, I had my PAP2T running just fine with sipsorcery for quite a while. It recently died, and I got a PAP2 off ebay. I did a factory reset and I have it registering just fine with sipsorcery. I have TCP/UDP ports 5060 - 5061 and UDP ports 16384-16482 forwarding to the PAP2. The problem is that...

Incoming audio issue
Hi Folks, Yes, this is another incoming audio issue. I was having it while trying to make outbound GV calls via wifi. Turns out that I'm also getting the problem when just receiving calls. Outgoing audio seems fine. Just incoming audio (incoming to my SIP client) is the problem. This happens using g...
