Solution for missed call indication on multiple registration

Hi Aaron, When we have the same SS account registered on a number of devices and an incoming call is answered on one device, every other device will show this as a 'missed call', even though it was answered, just not on those particular units. Someone on Whirlpool (http://whrl.pl/Rd9mwj) suggested t...

Re: 2 Sip

Translation of the above post (from French): Good evening, I discovered your website after several days of research on the Net. I am a noob. Before I start off, this is what I would like to do. Is it possible? I have two SIP accounts, one for calls to landlines and one for unlimited calls to mobiles...

Re: Incoming Call Not Working From Pennytel

Despite Pennytel previously stating that they were no longer going to support SIPSorcery, they have reconsidered. I am happy to report that incoming calls from Pennytel via Sipsorcery have been working well for us for some weeks. Give it a try and, if it is not working, contact anthony@pennytel.com ...

Re: Incoming Call Not Working From Pennytel

I understand how you feel, Aaron. This latest upgrade of theirs has been a shambles from start to finish (well, it isn't finished yet) and I'm sure they have lost a lot of customers because of it. Maybe they need to employ an Aaron or two to teach them how to do things properly.

Re: Incoming Call Not Working From Pennytel

I have some news but I'm afraid it's all bad. Anthony spent some considerable time testing today but we couldn't get incoming working. He was told by their platform provider not to pursue this any longer. They said they prefer not to deal with a third party like sipsorcery as, in case of fraud, they...

Re: Incoming Call Not Working From Pennytel

I actually sent Anthony a link to this thread and asked him to read the 4th post, the one Aaron wrote, which may be helpful to them. If I don't hear from them tomorrow, I will give Anthony a reminder. Incoming calls work with other VSPs that I have registered in SS, so there should be no reason why ...

Re: Incoming Call Not Working From Pennytel

If it Is pennytel causing the problem there must lots of sipsorcery users having this Issue. Sharky, you are not alone. I am having exactly the same problem with incoming calls as you. I used to be able to receive incoming calls until a couple of months ago, when incoming started to fail or at leas...

Re: Devices are not getting registered

I must be one of the lucky ones as I never noticed a thing. Everything is working as normal using sipsorcery.com.
