I think we need to know what the milkfish gets from voxalot and vice versa.
For this, you may use tcpdump on the shell of your dd-wrt. Make sure
you filter for SIP messages only, as otherwise you may overrun the memory.

I have been using Elastix with Linksys phones without a problem however the company upgraded all phones to Yealink SIP-t28P's. Great phones, very clear however problem is, there is only 1 way audio.
