Thanks Aaron! Mate enjoy your break! Not sure why this Inbound rule causes error with max dial plan executions. If something matches, then it continues with that only. At the end of the day, it's all about catching what number/user was dialled and have SS connect appropriate dept.'s / groups / users...

I get errors when using code from various RUBY code examples online. Any advice on alternatives for these commands? Or do I need to declare and include a function to use these commands? Reporting a bug.
Editing SIP Provider STL_5 kept coming up with an error.
Cannot edit and constantly comes up with 4 lines of red error in the status/message box.
When done via AJAX interface, no issue renaming the account. Saved as STK_5 success!

300+ error codes? I don't think I've seen them documented anywhere. I only have these saved from 2016. Not sure what the second set of digits are in each line? Thanks. I just don't get the point of forwarding to a voicemail service then. Perhaps it would be better to forward to another VOIP extension, where it is not registered and goes directly to Voicemail? Perhaps that would retain the CLID? Or perhaps I could do a sys.Callback command? Join it with VM?...
