Hi Aaron,

It turns out after reserving the "DHCP Reservation", rebooting everything...still One-Way Audio.
Setting the App Layer Gateway to SIP enabled, rebooted everything.....drum roll please....Two-Way Audio.

Having the SPA plugged directly to the Thomson 475.....I get no dial tone and subsequently cannot dial out.
