Re: Forking incoming RTP to a separate server

I wonder whether I could use SIP Sorcery to fork the incoming phonecall into two legs: the one for TTS output, which should be forwarded to Plivo, Tropo, Twilio, so I can use their API's to provide output to the user, and the one for audio input, i.e., the incoming RTP so we can run our Speech reco...

Re: Call recording

Sorry my mistake I thought you were referring to the main sipsorcery service. If you look at the AudioChannel.cs class you'll see where the RTP packets are processed and played over the local audio device. The m_waveOut object is what ends up with the received audio. To record the audio you could ch...

Re: Call recording

No you can't do recording with sipsorcery.com. It's a SIP only service meaning it only sets up the call signalling and does not ever get involved in the audio side of the call. You can use a service like anveo.com or tropo.com in combination with sipsorcery to do media related functions such as call...

Re: Reboot phone using Notify

If the authentication was in the NOTIFY request then you'd see a corresponding header. More than likely the phone only accepts the reboot NOTIFY requests from a server it has a current registration with (SIP REGISTER request).

Re: Reboot phone using Notify

I suspect the main thing you're missing is the Event header which is what's asking the phone to reboot "Event: check-sync;reboot=true", I've added it to the sample below. Note in the code below you may need to change the IP addresses and ports used in the SIP URIs. using System; using System.Net; us...

Re: Reboot phone using Notify

Did my stack overflow answer get you close http://stackoverflow.com/a/40985084/75658?

If you have that phone registered with the sipsorcery server you can email me (admin@sipsorcery.com) the public socket for it an I'll try sending it the NOTIFY request.

Re: Binding Connected, but no outgoing calls

The Console log is also available in the standard HTML portal, https://www.sipsorcery.com/mainsite/Account/LogOn, perhaps that will help see what's going on. You could also set the email trace address on the dialplan. That will then email you the dialplan trace after each call attempt. Obviously if ...

Re: Notification of registration failure

No there's not sorry. The problem with implementing this is that there are infrequent events where DNS fails or some other network issue will cause a brief loss of registration for a large number of SIP Providers. If the sipsorcery server was to blast out hundred or thousands of emails in response t...

Re: Audio lost when calling tropo through SipSorcery

One thing you could try is leave any private IP addresses alone when you forward the call to Tropo. Change sys.Dial("99914xxxxx@sip.tropo.com") to sys.Dial("99914xxxxx@sip.tropo.com[ma=false]") This may not make any difference in which case the other thing worth quickly trying is to reboot your rout...

Re: Registration Failure

Your sipsorcery SIP Account configuration looks fine. There shouldn't be anything preventing it from registering.
