Re: Tropo Callback question
Aaron will have a better answer for you, but, for the few calls that I'm going to use this for, from what I have been reading, I don't think I will need to upgrade to the paid version. If an app starts getting a fair bit of traffic, payment will be required.

Tropo Callback question
This is not a technical question but I'm sure it will get very technical if I decide to tackle the project. Before I start, I wanted to ask if it is free to use Tropo for this purpose, i.e. Tropo Callback. I read on the website that it is free for developers but it ceases being free when the app goe...

That did the trick. Thanks a lot for your patience. That's two out of four recipes taken care of (voicemail + Skype). This is fun!

Re: Skype calling with ippi
Read 1 and 2 of the recipe again http://www.sipsorcery.com/mainsite/Help/SkypeIppi Seems like you do not have a ippi account or have not provided the details under "SIP Provider" tab. I do have an ippi account and have created the 2 SIP Provider entries as follows: The first one I called ippiskype:...

Re: Skype calling with ippi
Dial plan should be sys.Dial("ozimarco@ippiskype") or any other skype user you want to call. Thanks. I had tried that, too. This is what I got: Monitor 06:58:18:776: basetype=console, ipaddress=*, user=ozimarco, event=*, request=*, serveripaddress=*, server=*, regex=.*. DialPlan 06:58:19:995 sip1(4...

Skype calling with ippi
I followed the recipe for Skype calling with ippi. I can now call from Skype on my laptop to my Yealink T22P phone with caller ID and everything. Perfect! I haven't been successful the other way, though. When I try to call my Skype username from the Yealink, this is what shows on the Yealink screen:...

Re: Need help with incoming dial plan for Callcentric voicem
It's OK, I found where I went wrong. There was nothing wrong with the dial plan. I had simply omitted to select the indial plans for my two SIP accounts. Basic mistake for a noob, one that I will not make again.
Sorry for confusing you all.
