Sometimes it will help, when you add :5060 after a sip server address, or use a STUN server, or maybe set the Authenticate ID, check, if you need to set the username for this, or the user(phone)number. btw. @ nostartnoend:
To make speed dials like *1 you can also use the first letter of the provider,
like *2 , for Callcentric, because A B and C are printed on the 2 key, of the phone keypad, or make also use of the speeddials of your phone, if you have a wireless handset.

Firstly from your requirements you shouldn't need to do any incoming call proccessing so don't set an incoming dialplan on your sipsorcery SIP account. By leaving it blank it means all calls will be forwarded directly to it. For your outgoing dialplan the below should get your started however your ...
