I have had this issue on more than one router. I had a Linsys router I purchased at Best Buy them for other reasons needed a business class router and purchased a much more robust router. I have made sure all ports are opened and high priority is given to my ATA. If this is happening on more than on...

Now, I get no incoming calls from either of my VoIP services. Outgoing calls work fine... not incoming.

Calls Cut off After 15 Minutes
Hello,
I am having a weird issue where my calls suddenly drop and silence after about 15 minutes on the call. I only have this with one line. I do know that there was some keep-alive and registrations issues before that Aaron fixed. Would that have anything to do with it?

Sorry for the late reply. Everything has been working great until today... I am getting the same DNS error issue as before... the one you said a bit further up in the thread that was on your end. How can we permanently fix this?
