Bonjour, je suis nouveau utilisateur de mysipswitch
chaque fois que j'émets un appel, mysipswitch me rajoute @sip.mysipswitch.com:5060 à la fin
exemple : j'appelle 0141424142 mysipswitch me fait 0141424142@sip.mysipswitch.com:5060
le dial plan que j'utilise est : exten => _X.,1,Switch(POI_04)

Le @sip.mysipswitch.com:5060 est tout à fait normal.
Tes appels sortant ne fonctionnent pas parce que tu utilises un compte Betamax.

C'est lié à la FUP (fair use policy) de ton provider.
Il considère que tous les appels passés via MySIPSwitch proviennent de la même adresse IP et donc, vu le nombre d'utilisateurs qui utilisent Betamax, très rapidement un seuil est franchit et il bloque tout ...
A priori il y a un moyen de contourner ça en utilisant : Voxalot et My SIP Switch en même temps ... Si tu cherches un peu sur le forum tu trouveras rapidement des info (dans la partie anglophone par contre).

Pourtant, je vois beaucoup de gens qui utilisent les comptes de Betamax ici dans ce forum, et qui fonctionnent. Par ailleurs, lorsque j'appelle depuis mon PAP2 où le compte Betamax est chargé en direct (sans passer par mysipswitch) j'arrive à atteindre mes correspondants. Pouvez vous m'expliquer plus et éventuellement m'expliquer comment contourner ce problème ? merci d'avance.

J'ai vu, y en a qui ont contourné le problème des FUP via VOXALOT
du coup, je suis allé ouvrir un compte chez eux mais ça ne marche toujours pas, à moins que j'ai mal paramétré mon compte chez VOXALOT
Pouvez vous m'aider ? Faut it changer l'adresse IP avec le pramètre P-src-ip dans VOXALOT ?

Moi, je résume autrement: cessez de penser à téléphoner gratuitement. La proposition de betamax, et son "FUP" est bidon, c'est une 'arnaque' pas méchante, non, disons une pratique commerciale. Ou alors ne pensez qu'à utiliser le prestataire betamax choisi. ...
