Call History ?

Post by shezad » Tue Oct 23, 2012 3:35 pm

Hi

When i click on the call history what is the call history sorted afted ?

Is it possible so it will show automatic the latest calls first ? (right now i have to sort them on date all the time)

When i make 1 call it shows 3 lines in calls history :

1 in and 2 out Dirn with status 487, 401 and 487.

What does it mean with all the status ? and how can i easy know if the call is made or not ?

If i want to get the call status and sort them in excel how can i sort them so i know i havent added the same call twice ?

I've fixed up the sort order on the call history.

As far as the call status goes the only status which indicates a call was successfully answered is 200 Ok. All 4xx, 5xx and 6xx statuses are error messages although 401 and 407 are normal and part of the SIP authentication mechanism.

For each of your successful outgoing calls with SIPSorcery there will always be two 200 Ok call records in your history. The first is the leg between your ATA/Phone and the SIPSorcery server and the second is the leg between the SIPSorcery server and the forwarded destination.

In the call history download there is a column called CreatedLocal which has the call time adjusted for your timezone.
