Could not find _rnr_se key

Post by MrChris » Tue Oct 27, 2009 12:49 am

I am getting the error "Could not find _rnr_se key on your Google Voice account page, callback cannot proceed"

It is also the same error as posted here http://www.mysipswitch.com/forum/viewto ... 0577#10577.

Is there a fix for this? When reading the above post I only see that it was fixed but dont see what was done to fix it.

Ohhh and I do have the updated "SIPSorcery.AppServer.DialPlan.dll"

Any ideas?

Thanks,

MrChris

If you put the exact same GoogleVoice call into sipsorecry.com does it work?

On your local version do you see a log message about the GALX key being retireved?

Go figure, a few hours after I posted that my PAP2 (ATA) overheaded or something but now no longer boots up regardless of what I do. So im getting a new one here in the next week or so. Any suggestions on a cheap ATA with at least 2 RJ11 ports for an analog phone/fax?

However I am just today checked (since my PAP2 died) and X-Lite (softphone) connects and works just fine in both directions. But I do remember seeing that the GALX Key was recieved. Since my ata was broke all the SS log files got fushed empty so I dont know for sure. I never hardly ever use a softphone so I dont know if it worked before. I never checked.

My problem might have been my ATA. I should be getting a new one here soon so I will know soon enough. But since x-lite is working I am sure that my next ATA should work. :wink:

same here. Google dailing does not work.

Installed local version, changed the sipsorcey.com domain to sip.mydomain.com, changed the register contact to user@sip.mydomain.com

Phone registered OK. Incoming call OK too.

DialPlan 21:43:50:412: Google Voice home page loaded successfully.
DialPlan 21:43:50:630: Exception on GoogleVoiceCall. Could not find _rnr_se key on your Google Voice account page, callback cannot proceed.
DialPlan 21:43:51:019: Dial plan execution completed without answering and with no last failure status.
DialPlan 21:43:51:019: UAS call failed with a response status of 480.

That looks familiar. I think that is the same error I was getting.

Have you tried is a softphone works?

I've been messing with a local install of SS version 1.1 this evening and I didn't get the _rnr_se error, probably because I'm using gnowk's patched dll from this post, but I have been getting the UAS call failed with a response status of 480 message.

I decided to give up for the evening and reset everything back to sipsorcery.com, but that's not working either. Not having the console available, I can't do a direct comparison, but my trace email shows the call failing with a 480 TemporarilyNotAvailable message.

Downloaded the patch mentioned above and replace the file. _rnr_se error gone. But google dial out still does not work and same 480 error.

Noticed that the version Sisorcery.com running is 1.0.0.10010, yet the version downloaded at sipsorcery.codeplex.com is 1.0.0.8072

What's the difference?

OK. I found that there is a domainalias field in sipdomains.xml with default value 10.1.1.5
and I change it to sip.mydoomain.com, so it looks like

<sipdomainaliases>
<domainalias>sip.mydomain.com</domainalias>
<domainalias>sip.mydomain.com:5060</domainalias>
<domainalias>local</domainalias>
<domainalias>*</domainalias>
</sipdomainaliases>

but whenever the service starts, the contact header in sipproviderbindings.xml was always changed to

<contactheader><sip:user@10.1.1.5:5060;rinstance=169526>;expires=600</contactheader>

and proxy sip socket is always like <proxysipsocket>udp:10.1.1.5:5060</proxysipsocket> in sipregistrarbindings.xml

Why is that?

===================

Maybe I should delete <domainalias>local</domainalias> line?

And my machine just happen to have an IP address 10.1.1.5.
