Multiple sip providers multiple ata clients
Multiple sip providers multiple ata clients
Been reading thru the forum but i cant seem to find what i needed...
Heres my setup.
I have 2 sip providers. Both configured on their own simple plan. They both work well with outgoing calls.
Im having problems with incoming calls.
Lets name them provider A and B.
Ata client 1 and 2.
When someone calls provider A, both ata 1 and 2 rings. Same as when provider B is called.
My goal is to make ata 1 ring when someone makes a call at provider A and make ata 2 ring when someone calls me at either provider A or B.
I hope somebody can help me out.
Thanks.

Re: Multiple sip providers multiple ata clients
Question: do you have one or two SIP accounts? If you need to separate incoming calls you need two SIP accounts, and register each ATA to a dedicated SIP account.
Re: Multiple sip providers multiple ata clients
I have 2 sip accounts
A sipsorcery account
And 2 sipsorcery sub accounts (inclusive of the main account)
I registered the 2 sip accounts in sipsorcey.
Made an additional 2 sub accounts in sipsorcery to be connected to my ata and my mobile fone.

Re: Multiple sip providers multiple ata clients
hello.
another question.
this one i am aware have been answered before thru the complex dial plan.
scouring through the dial plan though. my head starts to ache.
anyway, i'm using mike's simple dial plan.
how do i add an option so that using the same dial plan, i could chose which of the gv accounts calls will be routed to? what part of the simple dial plan do i insert it?
for example, whenever i call xxx-xxxx number, calls will go thru my 2nd gv account rather than the default gv account assigned to the sip device.

Re: Multiple sip providers multiple ata clients
Check out Simple Dial Plan with CNAM and VM, probably it's what you need.
