Outage - 30 Mins at 1140 27 May 2008

Post by Aaron » Tue May 27, 2008 11:18 am

Hi All,

Unfortunately the mysispwitch services had to be taken down for 30 minutes this morning. We had some operational issues that required us to take that action. It was not done lightly and we regret any inconvenience caused.

Regards,

Aaron

Problems registering since today

Post by nd_electro » Wed May 28, 2008 11:32 am

Hello,

Since yesterday my account is not working. Or exactly, registering is not working. I am usually registered to two providers (sipgate and voipstunt).
Now when I look at monitor, after the names of the retrieved registrations there is written : initializing registering never.

It remains stucked like this.

Do you have any hint?

Best regards

Norman

The providers are still registered to MSS, with the check box option ?
If it still fails, i guess you should delete all provider settings, and set-up again...

btw . checkout the spellings, dot, comma's etc.... and if both provider names, at registration, and dialplans, are spelled the same way....
Thanks, The Fug.

Strange, because with me, everything seems to work okay, noticed even a nice "feature": you can't post phonenumbers, anymore, in the MSS forum posts...
Thanks, The Fug.
