I just tested it now. Although I received incoming call thru MSS and monitoring page log showed that my ATA is connected but STATUS is still showning "Not Logged in". Caller ID is also not seem to be working.

Ok that's not actually a problem on the SIP side but instead a consequence of splitting the agents. The web service can currently only talk to one of the agents and the one chosen was teh 3rd Party Registration Agent. The information from the SIP Registrar, which is the agent that authenticates the ATAs is now going to come form the database. I'll update that now but in the meantime there is no need to worry about missing calls.

For anyone still having an issue with incoming calls please read http://www.mysipswitch.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=669. There were more people raising the issue on that forum so it will be easier to monitor there.
