PROBLEM WITH REGISTERING

Hi,
I am trying to register on sipsorcery server without sucsess.
I have used two devices Linksys WIP300 and X-lite with following settings:
username: andrewbuyda
password: ******
server: sipsorcery.com
Getting following error "authentication token check failed"
Help is appreciated.

Use demo.sipsorcery.com for the server.

Thanks for the reply.
I have purchased new account yesterday on E-bay.
I suspect that this is not demo account.
I have already been able to login on http://www.sipsorcery.com/mainsite/Home/Portal and played with it.

Looks like you've got the wrong password set in your SIP deivce.

If you've triple checked it and it's still failing then post the type of device you are using.

I was able to login to your SIP account with an xlite softphone with no problems. You must have the wrong password. Passwords are case sensitive.

I was also able to login to the switchboard with your SIP account. Again you must be using the wrong password.

Thanks for the reply.
I have found the problem. As you have mentioned it is related to case sensitivity.
But you have to fix this bug or state this info somewhere.
On the portal I have used capital letters for both username and passwords with success.
But in XLite capital letters for both username and password do not work.
In Xlite username must be in lower case and password in upper case.

There is no bug. Usernames are case insensitive, passwords are case sensitive. 99% of all credentials work like that.
