Transfer Feature

Post by gielchina » Fri Aug 09, 2013 12:21 pm

I am using SS as my IP PBX

I have DID for which calls coming in SS.
Ext to Ext calls working fine.
All workin fine.
Now I need when incoming calls reach one of
My ext. the person should able to hold the call
And than transfer the call without disconnecting
To another extension.

Please let me how can enable this feature.

Thanks
HG

There's nothing you need to configure at the sipsorcery end for attended transfers to work. Your phone needs to initiate the second call and then once you hit the transfer button the sipsorcery server knows what to do.

If you want to support blind transfers, which is when your phone tells the other end of the call that they should dial a new destination, then you need to set the "tr" option in your dial string. The tr options are described here http://www.sipsorcery.com/mainsite/Help/DialPlans#Dial.
