You can do that, but you should remove private information like usernames, or private telephone numbers.
Thanks, The Fug.

Good to know. Thanks. What follows is a redacted version of the trace log. The caller's number is 1234567890. My number is 9995559999. I hope someone can make sense out of it because I'm still at first base with configuring for MSS.

I ported my SIP credentials from the magicjack to the DPH-541. Set what to UDP? What would be the purpose of such a setting? Everything is working except that incoming callers can't hear me. I'm trying to see if using MSS would get me around that issue.

The trace appears to be showing no response from proxy01.chicago.talk4free.com:5070. Double check whether that is the correct server fro your provider byt making sure you can place a call with it through a softphone.

Also it would be better to start a new thread for this type of issue.

Regards,

Aaron

According to a Google i did, the DPH-541 is a WiFi phone, that's an important detail you left out, so most likely, your router/firewall is somehow not set for this....
Thanks, The Fug.

Yes, the DPH-541 is a sip wifi phone but I didn't think there was anything noteworthy about that. I already started another thread to address my issues so if you have any further comments I would rather read them there. Thanks for all your replies.
