Problems with sipgate

Post by Brad101 » Tue May 06, 2014 8:04 pm

Hi,

I'm new to sipsorcery. I have setup the local version on my home server and everything seems to be going great apart from any usage of sipgate.

I have registered 3 SIP providers. 1 for outgoing and 2 (sipgate, and callcentric) for incoming.

The callcentric works fine for incoming. The sipgate however will not ring my hardphone. It says it's registered and when I try to make a call using dialplan from sipgate the call connects (50000) but I hear no audio.

Here is my console log:

Code: Select all

Monitor 19:48:04:730: ipaddress=*, user=brad101, event=*, request=*, serveripaddress=*, server=*, regex=.*.
NATKeepAlive 19:48:06:840: Requesting NAT keep-alive from proxy socket udp:192.168.1.69:5060 to udp:192.168.1.100:5060.
NATKeepAlive 19:48:11:855: Requesting NAT keep-alive from proxy socket udp:192.168.1.69:5060 to udp:192.168.1.100:5060.
DialPlan 19:48:11:949: Using dialplan incoming for In call to sip:brad101@sipsorcery,com;rinstance=764640.
NewCall 19:48:11:964: Executing script dial plan for call to brad101.
DialPlan 19:48:11:996: Client call cancelled halting dial plan.
DialPlan 19:48:12:011: Dialplan call was terminated by client side due to ClientCancelled.
DialPlan 19:48:12:433: Dial plan execution completed with normal clearing.
The ONLY difference I can see between callcentric and sipgate is that callcentric is registering it seems on port 5080 and not 5060. But my outgoing SIP account works fine and that seems to be working over 5060 just fine.

I have forwarded ports 5004-5008 and 5060-5065 to 192.168.1.69.

I have tried disabling my firewall trying the call again then re-enabling. Nothing.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Brad x

Ummm sorry to disappoint but Sipgate stopped U.S. service on 10/31/13. Another alternative is ipcomms.net/freedid if you don't mind "liking" them on facebook and getting a call back to verify.

IPComms still provides FREEDIDs (yours to keep) at www.ipcomms.net/freedid. Just signup online and wait for a quick call back (for verification only), and you're good to go.
