Hello everybody from a newcomer (since 3 days in SIP Sorcery=SS).
Phone A is A510IP Gigaset registered to SS and with 4 providers;
Phone B an E52 with Nimbuzz and SIP VoIP Nokia (both a client soft-phone) also registered to SS and with the same 4 providers but different accounts.
When A call B (with each call intra-provider) everything is OK.
When B call A (intra-provider) one provider is OK but with the other three both phones cannot hear the other.
I tried with the "ma" option, i.e. sys.Dial("xxxxxxxxxxxx@yyyyyyyyyyy[ma=false]"), but the problem persist.
Any suggestion?
Best regards.
Can hear when A call B but cannot hear when B call A
Re: Can hear when A call B but cannot hear when B call A
Audio issues can be very tricky with the sipsorcery service because it does not proxy the media. Instead the sipsorcery service negotiates the call set up and then leaves it up to the parties at either end to establish the audio or media connection. The main thing that goes wrong with setting up the audio connection is a problem getting through Network Address Translaters (NAT), for more detail see http://www.sipsorcery.com/mainsite/Help/SIPAudio.
You could check if the providers that don't work have any settings regarding audio such as "Support Symmetric NAT" etc. Apart from the ma=false option you've tried there is not much else that can be done from the sipsorcery server.
