Trouble in inbound calls to CallCentric DID

I am having trouble receiving calls made to my CallCentric DID number.

I have my Grandstream ATA registered to SS and SS registered to CallCentric. Using the standard dialplan, I can make outbound calls via Google Voice, which is set to forward to the CallCentric DID. And the first time I call GV or directly to the DID, the phone rings. But subsequent calls to either GV or the DID no longer ring the phone.

If I unregister SS from CallClentric and register my ATA directly with CallCentric (instead of with SS), I can repeatably call the DID number and ring the phone successfully. Interestingly, however, if then I re-register SS with with CallCentric, so that both the ATA and SS are registered at the same time, calls the the DID no longer ring the phone.

This has me stumped. Any ideas? Thanks.
