Binding Connected, but no outgoing calls

Hi,

Cannot figure this out. When I telnet over to sipsorcery.com screen goes blank and cannot enter a user/pwd so not sure how to trouble shoot this.
However, my sip account bingings are connected successfully so my linksys router is connected to sipsorcery.
however cannot see the console log move on out going calls. Not sure how else to trouble shoot. Called my ISP and my ports are not blocked.

The Console log is also available in the standard HTML portal, https://www.sipsorcery.com/mainsite/Account/LogOn, perhaps that will help see what's going on.

You could also set the email trace address on the dialplan. That will then email you the dialplan trace after each call attempt. Obviously if you're placing a lot of calls you may want to remove the email address once the troubleshooting is complete.
