Things I've tried: (1) changing password; (2) resetting CAPTCHA; (3) allowing "less secure" apps.
Things that might help: the web interface has changed. Aaron, you may be able to update underlying code to access the old interface, which is now found at the following URL: https://www.google.com/voice/b/0.
