Hi,
On 2 separate SipSorcery/SipGate accounts that I'm maintaining, I'm now unable to place or receive calls from my ATA device using a simple Goggle Voice dial plan. When I attempt to dial out, the call times out after 30sec and I get a busy signal. My SipSorcery console log indicates that the "Google Voice Call timed out waiting for callback."

My SIP (ATA) Binding and SipGate Registration all look OK from the SipSorcery portal - and the SipGate web console is showing that the SipSorcery line is successfully registered and "online". The problem appears to be that SipSorcery is unable to receive the GV call(back)s via SipGate (or any incoming call from my SipGate number) and nothing shows on the console log.

Could you please help get this working again? Is there a server issue happening here? Nothing in my 2yr old configuration has changed on either account, and my phone system is now 'dead in the water'. My console log is listed below. PLEASE HELP and many thanks for providing this normally fantastic service...

Same problem here as well.

I noticed there were no SIP Bindings registered yesterday. I refreshed them from PBX's and they are once again shown registered but no incoming or outgoing calls.

out going call is ok but incoming totally dead.

I can't see anything wrong in your trace sorry. The exact same calls, sipgate callbacks on GV, are working fine for me.

Thank you for looking/checking into this Aaron - Miraculously, my SipSorcery-GV service is now working again... I don't know what the issue was, but my service (and probably others as well) was *dead* for 2 full days - very mysterious and frustrating (welcome to the land of VoIP..). Cheers, -JT
