This morning we found that our web call backs are failing with the following message.
"Sorry there was an unexpected error, the web callback was not initiated."
Could someone please check this asap.

I did check the server at the time and callbacks were working. There is an occasional problem with the web server being inaccessible for short periods at the moment. I am working on fixing it.

I did find a bug on the callmanager service which I have now fixed. I did my check from the "Web Callbacks" page on the web portal rather than using the callmanager service directly. It looks like the problem only manifested if with direct calls to the callmanager service. Anyway it has been fixed now and I apologise for the inconvenience.
