Calls stacked in SS (Due to callback?)

Post by wilbert » Wed Jan 15, 2014 9:03 am

Hello,

I've started to suffer this since yesterday. I'm having some calls stacked in Call Log and they do not get removed. See attached the image attached.

These calls where done when using sys.Callback. BTW, with 1 way audio.

The reason a call record can hang around is if the sipsorcery server did not receive a BYE request from either end of the call. Occasionally it does happen and it doesn't mean the call is still up as the SIP devices on either end of the call should have hung up or at the very least terminated the call when they stopped getting any audio.

There is a database maintenance job that will delete any sipsorcery call records older than 3 days which will clean up your list.
