In case it's useful I've uploaded an internal tool we use for testing our SIP flows. It's been handy for the sipswitch development where we've had to sort out intricacies with lots of different providers. It may be useful to someone out there.
The tool can be downloaded from:

The zip file contains a file to run a REGISTER simulation. Open it with the open folder button, hit the run button and you'll get the idea.
As usual there are no instructions or niceties at this stage but if it looks like it could be useful to anyone post here and we'll put together some basic documentation.
