We've recently moved the working source code for the sipswitch from SourceForge to CodePlex. The main reason being CodePlex has some GUI tools that make it a bit easier to manage than just having a CVS repository.
The new source code repository is:

Another good thing about CodePlex is that all the code can be viewed online in a browser. For example if you'd like to view the latest code you can click on the most recent folder at:

We're still trying to encourage some more developers
